Formation of a Permanent Accord Government

After extensive negotiations following the Narakamian Concordance, the Yatan-Theian Accord finally formed a permanent government responsible for administering the accord, with several committees being formed to achieve this task:
- Office of the Ruling Council (Council of 11 people designated as the "highest authority" when needed. One member was designated as Premier of the accord with a 1 year term, which rotated between members.)
- Interplanetary Senate (Each member planet sent 5 representatives to the senate.)
- Spacefaring Organizations Committee (2 seats for each organization currently capable of spaceflight.)
- Planetary Defence Committee (Council of military marshals, generals, commanders etc.)
- Settlement Committee (50 member council coordinating the settlement of new worlds.)
- Exploration Committee (20 member council coordinating extrasolar exploration efforts)
- Non-Member Planet Governance Committee (160 member council in charge of administering planets not yet considered Member Worlds of the Accord.)
- Homeworld Intergovernmental Organization Representation Committee (Representatives from United Nations & League of Theia)
Within the upcoming year, 'member-worlds' and other represented groups were expected to receive their seats.
