Anti-Vax man was a politician, water-slide tester, professional sleeper and drying paint watcher, who served as the first President of South Spisos. He lead the nation from 149 to 165. He was a very popular politician in South Spisos, due to his name and views on vaccinations.
During a world war, North Spisos invaded South Spisos and removed Anti-Vax man from office. Anti-Vax Man threatend North Spisos that: "The country may be gone, but the people stay.". Five years later, Anti-Vax Man died from measles.
