Chegg Karakal was the second head of state of the United Floppa Republic and son of its founder Grigori Karakal. While he was born in 221, his life was kept secret for the most part until 242 when he became the leader of the Floppa Democratic Congress, reunifying the country during its civil war with support from Polsk. While domestically he did fine, despite being somewhat unpopular, in military affairs he was largely ineffective, eventually being overthrown and sent into exile after a Polsk-backed uprising following an unsuccessful attempt at supporting the Swagolition.
