Grigori Alexandrovich Karakal, commonly known by his nickname Big Floppa, Was the dictator and founder of the United Floppa Republic.
Big Floppa was born in 169 in a village on the Yanz River. He spent most of his childhood pretty well off and became a successful rapper. He eventually became a popular enough figurehead in his community to become the leader of the village and instigate a merge of all the settlements in the region into 1 unified entity known as the United Floppa Republic. He lived pretty well off until the Floppa-Swagonia War in which his homeland was destroyed by Swagonian forces causing it to plunge back into anarchy.
Big Floppa managed to evade death despite the chaos, so him and much of his loyalists and population moved to the shores of the Bay of Essorital, where the UFR was re-established. During his time there he befriended Bingus, who shared a similar fate as he did. He grew to destain everything that was Swagonian or related to Swagonia. Often intervening in wars Swagonia was in on the side against them. Though during most of this he didn't really do much diplomatically and started to return to his old passion of the arts, releasing his album "Flop Fo No Hoe". He also became a model for his own propaganda posters, which were pretty successful. When he was done taking his break on focusing on the arts he started doing diplomacy again, trying to take back his homeland which failed.
Then during the Swagonian War Big Floppa saw a chance to finally get revenge on Swagonia, ordering his armies into Swagonia. This escalated the small civil conflict into the first of a series of large and deadly wars that would plague the region for years to come. While his nation was pretty successful in the wars, he never managed to reconquer his homeland. During these conflicts his generals tried to overthrow him but he convinced them that Swagonia is the greater threat so they became loyal again. Floppa since then didnt't do much as he was getting quite old, releasing his autobiography "Marshal Big Floppa - Then to Now". His final act was going on tour in Polsk where he did the final show of "Flop fo no hoe" as during the show he was assasinated by Dobieslaw Symanski, a person who thought Big Floppa was a tyrant like Anatoly Flopaski was.
