The Immanis Colosseus are a species of massive superorganisms found across much of the Alpha Quadrant of the Milky Way, including Theia where one alive[1] individual named the 'Nislandian Range Superorganism' resides. Superorganisms, due to their huge size of roughly 20 kilometers in depth, have a fairly unusual biology with traits such as decentralized vascular and nervous systems[2] spread out throughout the entire body, a hard carapace underneath its outer layers, multiple mouths and optic organs spread out in clusters across the body, and a symbiotic relationship with smaller beings that have moved inside of them.
