Anodyne struck gold when it became involved with the Nislandian Range Superorganism in the year 211, essentially gaining a monopoly when it came to commercial usage of the superorganism. This made Anodyne very successful as moved it away from focusing solely resource extraction, instead also focusing on commercial products and tourism.
