The Platonic Academy of Neo Memfis is a mysterious extradimensional organization which has been under SDS Foundation investigation following its discovery. Evidence appears to suggest that the Academy exists in an alternate timeline in which the Ancient Inchyrosian Empire asserted dominance (at least) over the Western Hemisphere. The Academy is a major institution of Philosophy and Science within its reality, developing all kinds of technologies without extensive regard for moral repercussions. In their own internal documentation they use a language resembling a creole of Cherokee and Koine Greek. Several objects and documents belonging to the Academy have been discovered by the SDS Foundation near the southern missisippi river in Yorica. Most of these are labeled to have belonging to the "Department of Dimensional Philosophy", who seemingly is in the process of developing wormhole-based teleportation.
Teleportation
The PANF's postal service utilises the Department of Dimensional Philosophy's wormhole technology to quickly and efficiently send mail across its version of Yata, though occasional glitches in this system have caused several objects accidentally ending up in our Yata's Dimension. So far this technology seems to be based on a Einstein-Rosen Bridges based on current estimates by the SDS.

| In 343 a series of additional documents were discovered revealed an approximate location of The Academy alongside its status.
The Academy is seemingly located within a Inchyrosian Colony on the northern shore of the Gulf of Sipedro and is responsible for creating several of the "Empire's greatest feats in technology.". The threat level of the organization is still under question, but caution must be held. |
