The Kingdom of Koruma, often simply known as Koruma or the Koruma Syndicate/Cartel is a self-proclaimed micronation/commune located on Mornington Island, Luxuria. While publicly boasting about its status as an anarcho-monarchist commune, behind the scenes Koruma is run by a drug cartel that operates in much of Luxuria in order to mask their activities. Koruma was founded during the NLE's range in order to protest their crackdowns on the drug trade, allowing narcotics to easily flow into the country which Luxuria was largely unable to stop.
