Phillealand (Filipino: Pillupa), officially known as the Republic of Phillealand (Filipino: Republika ng Pillupa), is a Skantoan nation located in south-western Saikhan. It has a population of only 1, and its capital and only city is Wellingmanila. Phillealand was established in 210, when a god called Creepy sneezed and accidentally summoned a portal, from which a bald countryhuman called Phillealand came out of. Phillealand was handed a book by Creepy's partner called: How to rule a country 101. After reading it, Phillealand founded the Republic of Phillealand.
