The World Safety Foundation is a global humanitarian relief charity founded in 353 by a collection of religious and academic institutions with knowledge of the existence of anomalous objects. Its goal is to distribute helpful objects, which often end up being anomalies, to areas suffering from poverty, war, famine or disasters in general. The WSF operates globally to some degree, albeit not always with legal permission, in such regions with little to no supervision by more experienced organizations. The WSF has never intentionally caused any damage to communities, due to their own personal pacifistic beliefs, although they often have lapses in expertise or understanding when it comes to the objects they are using which has caused several unfortunate incidents in the past.
While the WSF inherently operates in a way which would reveal the existence of anomalous objects, they still regardless aim to remain mostly secretive in order to use anomalous objects without scrutiny from any major organizations such as the AOF and SDS. The WSF is funded both by a series of unidentified benefactors, who also supply them with the anomalies (They do obtain them via other means as well, this is just the most common.) they use to accomplish their mission and by private donations.
