The ISD-Paradivizion was a branch of The Confederacy's International Security Directorate responsible for handling anomalous occurrences and situations within its borders. The Paradivizion wasentrusted with suppressing hostile abnormal activities within the Confederacy by researching, documenting, containing, neutralizing and weaponising anomalous objects, entities and phenomena. Additionally they performed other subversive actions such as covert spying of other organizations affiliated anomalous activities and research, such as the Accord Occult Force, SDS Foundation, SDL Coalition etc to improve their knowledge of the Anomalous, Though this become less common since their admission into the United Occult Initiative as a Occult Council member.
The ISD-Paradivizion was originally a branch of the Siberian Foreign Intelligence Agency, serving the Siberian Red Army until the Mylonagrad Unification Treaty. In this period of rapid reorganization and unification the ISD-Paradivizion was put under the command of the Eurasian ISD, while many of its assets became 'lost' during this process, being snatched up by forces like the SDS Foundation and Legion of Chaos before the Paradivizion was able to re-assert itself. When The Confederacy collapsed in 397, the ISD-Paradivizion was quick to fall alongside it with all remaining assets being swept up by the UOI.
