The Emiro Phantom was a Yorican Crime Syndicate claiming to be a successor of the long-gone Emiro Spirit Syndicate. Unlike their predecessors, who mainly operated in more usual areas, the Phantoms primarily operated within Anomalous Free-Ports in order to avoid detection by organizations such as the SDS Foundation, despite never actually interacting with them. They did though come into conflict with the Ascendancy of the Nornir, whom they often attempted to steal anomalous technology from. They were snuffed out by Yorican law enforcement in 421.
