Theian Free Economic Association (TFEA) is a corporate territory established by a coalition of influential figures and corporations that originated from The Confederacy, fleeing to the Theian Outback to re-establish a capitalist-utopia under the direction of He Yuyue of Cruisertainment following The Confederacy's collapse, especially due to the Yatan Economic Crisis. While it claims utopian ideals, TFEA is not much more than a front for its wealthy elite to retain their power at least in one region, utilizing laissez-faire economics and minimal government to push their ideals of a corporate utopia forward.

The TFEA operates under the leadership of the Corporation Council, a legislative body composed of representatives from member corporations and investors that operate within its territories. This council oversees the regions currently under the control of the TFEA, acting as some-form of 'interim government' until anarcho-capitalism can be established, planning on handing over its holdings to the settlers, corporations, and investors once its mission is completed.
