The Alash Orda was a rebellion in Turkestan which sought overthrow the Turkestani Federal Revisionary Society, which it eventually succeeded in accomplishing.
After Turkestan was conquered by Abyysky (Later to become the UQLSR) The Alash Orda became a independence movement instead of just a democratic insurgency movement. When the UQLSR collapsed the Alash Orda was reformed to become the new ruling party and government for an independent democratic Turkestan.
