Garfield was a politician, stripper and professional lasagna eater who served as the second president of Lustland. They lead the nation from 111 to 158. Garfield was known for being very passionate about lasagna.

After Yata was freed from the backrooms, Lizarb was looking for somebody to help them with their drug sales. Garfield gave them an offer, saying: "I can help with anything. If you give me lasagna." And so Lizarb did. Unfortunately, the citizens of Lizarb began rebelling against the government, accusing them of being run by the drug cartels. Lizarb being highly out-numbered, asked Garfield for help again by sending them Lasagna. Garfield accepts. Garfield's first action to help their ally was to sending people from the streets into the battle. It surprisingly worked at the beginning, and the they were able to stop some of the rebels in Lizarb. But sadly the Lizarbian government was outnumbered, and eventually lost to the citizens.

Slowly, the Lizarbian Rebels began invading into Lustland. Garfield offered to leave the war if they gave Garfield Lasagna. The rebels rejected their demands. Garfield tried negotiating some more with them, but no avail. Eventually the rebels themselves gave a deal to Garfield, saying to step down as the President of Lustland and to make peace with them. Garfield accepted since they wanted to step down from the leadership position anyway.

Garfield's status since then was unknown.
