Hacen Iolava is a presumably immortal human with Tritonian heritage who was associated with Yetia in the past.
History
Not much is known about their early life, prior to arriving to Yetia other than residing in the southern Urals for a period of time. After the end of the Great Sleep Hacen moved to Yetia, where they were elected as the nation's Premier, serving in the position for much of the Lost Archives era and much of the early Rising Tensions era. Notable events in their life during this period were the Chungus War in which they were the one who personally retook Yetia from Big Chungus, whom he ordered to be imprisoned in Svalbard.
Nearly a century since their last known appearance, Hacen tried to retake Yetia during the Yetian War of Succession.
