Hecate, real name Saito Sara, was the Kenoso Archon, and was concurrently (and still is) the Goddess of Diplomacy alongside being associated with magic, witchcraft, and diplomacy, who has presided over Lilaciah since it's inception and remains its leading deity to this day. A member of the Nine, and one of the few members to still actively preside over their nation despite the Cataclysm, her passion for diplomacy had led her people to establish the Lilaciahan Empire, a network of diplomatic exchange among nations on Theia and Yata. Despite her benevolence, her unpredictable nature once led to the Eternal Thunder emerging after the nation grew increasingly dependent on imported void energy.
Among the first of the Nine to be born and the oldest of whom to be born on Theia, Sara was born in Isnataja (modern-day Isernotaria) and was raised in a small village on the coast. Born to a family of mages, Sara was surrounded by supernatural powers from a young age. She enjoyed fishing on sunny days and relaxing on the beach. However, one day, a large fleet of pirate ships (presumed to have originated from Sassania) raided the village, destroying "all the things she loved," including the death of her family. Deeply disturbed, this moment was Sara's divine awakening, harnessing her innate magic and transforming into Hecate, a divine three-faced woman with a "distrustful vengeance." In her anger, she repelled the pirate attack, but not before killing almost all of the invaders. Following the raid, she realised her loneliness and cried for days, yet she did not revert to her old self. After many months wandering the island looking for acceptance, she accepted her new role and founded the nation of Lilaci'ah in Isnataja. Soon, she would take to the seas to spread her value of diplomacy and goodwill, so that all her followers may negotiate against the death of their loved ones.
