Liam I Barney George was King of Luxuria from 9 to 63. A few years after Luxuria had been re-founded after The Great Sleep, Liam's father, William III was assassinated. Liam was supposed to be next in-line for the throne of the country, but a Space Giraffe by the name of Creepy quickly took control over Luxuria amidst the chaos. Liam moved away from Luxuria, since there was not much he could do at the time, since he was still pretty young.
During the Year 9, a country called Yetia contacted Liam, and informed him that Creepy had been overthrown. Liam came back to Luxuria, and became king. He began undoing all the changes and laws Creepy had made.
Later on, Liam met a girl by the name of Celena. The two hit it off and eventually began to date. After accidentally mishearing some protesters, thinking they wanted him to have a child, he made Celena pregnant. Liam held a vote in Luxuria, which would decide the child's name. The winning name was Peppa Pig.
In the year 63, the Luxurian Military Base raid had happened. Multiple people were harmed and killed in the raid. Liam decided to hold a speech about the situation, apologizing for all the deaths that had happened. But unfortunately, during this speech, he was assassinated by his own son.
