Luciena Ruiz was a Lizarbian business woman, who served as the third leader of Anakistan. She lead the nation for only a day in the year 226, due to her being assassinated by the Polsk Ghost Team.
Luciena was born in the poor areas of Cayenne. When she was only 1 month old, Luciena was sold for drugs by her parents. The drug dealers she had been sold to raised her for about 5 years, until they got arrested for Tax Evasion. Afterwards she was sent to an adoption center.
On her 10th birthday, Luciena was adopted by a seemingly middle-aged woman from Lustland. The woman took Luciena to Lust City after the adoption.
During her time in Lustland, Luciena's adoptive mother was rarely ever home, making Luciena have to take care of herself. The day she turned 18, Luciena immediately left her adoptive-mother and moved back to Lizarb.
After coming back to Lizarb, Luciena applied to a University in Cayenne, where she studied business. 4 years later Luciena gets a bachelor's degree in business. Fresh out of University, Luciena decides to start a business. Unfortunately it fails and she falls into debt.
Luciena beings working at multiple Fast Food restaurants around Cayenne, hoping to somehow pay off her debt. 6 years pass and Luciena has yet to pay off the debt. Due to this she falls into a depressive state, and begins drinking and smoking, hoping it'll make her feel better.
Unfortunately everything keeps going down hill for Luciena, and she gets fired from all her jobs, and loses the small apartment she had, basically becoming homeless.
On her 31st Birthday, while looking for some spare change, Luciena meets a wrinkly old woman who reminiscences to Luciena about the old days when she was a beautiful young lady. The lady talks about how she wish she could revert back into her past self.
The old ladies sorrows give Luciena an idea. At first she thought about making a device that could make a person look younger. 'but that would be too expensive' she thought. Eventually, Luciena comes up with Anti-Aging Cream.
But how could Luciena make such a thing? After all, something like that is impossible for humans, Luciena pondered. But then Luciena remembered about her adoptive mother, and even though she was at least 60 when she adopted Luciena, she stilled looked 20 years of age.
Even though Luciena somewhat disliked her adoptive mother, she didn't want to give up on her new idea. After a few struggles, Luciena went back to Lustland to question her adoptive-mom. The two met up in a fancy restaurant in Lust City, there Luciena asked the question to her mother of how she was able to look so young, even though she was so old. The answer was shocking.
After finding out the truth of her adoptive-mother, Luciena decided to stay in Lustland and started her new business idea there. She was a little bit hesitant at first. After all, her last business failed horribly, but Luciena didn't want to give up just yet. Fortunately for her, the business went amazing! With the help of false advertising, the Anti-Aging Cream sold miraculously, and Luciena became a millionaire.
After her first businesses success, Luciena began producing many other different products, which all went amazingly as well. Luciena eventually becoming a billionaire.
During the year 226, Anakistans second leader unfortunately passed away. Luciena, not one usually interested in politics, thought that if she ruled a country, she could become even richer. So with the help of corruption, she was able to become the leader of Anakistan... For only a day because Polsk assassinated her immediately.
