Minerva is the deputy representative of the Earendel system in the Empyrium, who was formerly one of the Fates as well as a goddess on Theia.
Originally a goddess who presided over Eostre, Minerva was a member of The Nine, and was universally recognised among all nations as the Goddess of Rebirth, and was recognised to have the ability to grant reincarnation past death, or even immortality. Her remaining people in Lutaria took much pride in praising and loving her, and it is said this is the reason she assumed the role of the Reincarnator to grant the righteous new life.
Following the demise of divinity on Theia she disappeared, but at some point afterwards her soul remanifested within the Loom of Fate, where she presided over weaving the future, until another sudden disappearance some time before the events of "The Flavros Project". She was later found near the Earendel Dark Nebula, where the three reunited and remained.
