The "tear" leading to SDS-030 is to be permanently locked within an airtight chamber, only to be opened during testing cases. Radios affected by SDS-030-A are to be reset.

Description

SDS-030 is a mysterious corrupted dimension, which was created due to a Castrovalence anomaly causing the original timeline to have infinite castrovels. It is unknown how exactly this happened, but current theories state that a civilisation within the Aleph-Null Timeline messed with spacetime or the laws of physics, leading to a ZK-Class End of the world scenario.

SDS-030 itself has very strange properties, as it is a infinite white void with trillions of black dust particles composed of anti-matter floating around within it. Within the dimension there is a constant white noise. Organic life cannot exist in SDS-030, as every time a person or animal has been sent inside they have completely faded out of existence in a weird "glitchy" way. Objects can exist within the dimension though, and it is unknown if artificial beings such as androids can exist within it.

SDS-030-A

SDS-030-A is a dimensional tear which leads to SDS-030 located within the Kuiper Belt of the Alpha Sol System. A space-station keeping it in an air tight vacuum chamber has been constructed to keep tabs on any changes related to it.

SDS-030-B

The SDS-030-B are a group of Pattern Screamers which exist within SDS-030. It is impossible to interact or see them, however they can "communicate" via outside methods such as radios. They often "hijack" radios and replace the audio with distorted screaming sounds. They have sometimes left text on Foundation documents which shouldn't exist, but these have all been terminated.
