Shaggy is the current Galaxy, meaning the "most supreme being" in the Milky Way Galaxy. Not much is known about Shaggy other than that he is all powerful and he is related to Scooby Doo, Shrek and Jesus.
Involvement on Yata
Shaggy has sometimes appeared to Humanity. The first time was right before Peter Griffin did The Snap. In which Shaggy tried to stop him but failed and went to gather his forces, sending some assistance in taking down Peter Griffin and undoing The Snap.
He at some point appeared and was sorry for losing for Peter Griffin 30 years after it actually happened, then claimed he was in the wrong year then time travelled with the Tardis.
Ruler of Thronus-Regni
Due to his position as being The Galaxy he is the autocrat of Thronus-Regni, and the controller of the throneworld of Nova-Selkat. He has granted the moons of Nova-Selkat to each of his Galactic Viziers.
