Svetlana Gusev was the third patriarch of Abyysky and the Cult of Elmo. She was a prominant figure in the Holy Restoration Front, a partisan group to re-instate Abyysky. She was very controversial even in Abyysky due to her past of being hospitalised in a mental asylum leading to some questionable decisions. She held an attempted coup of Rossiya but was defeated by Abyysky Splinter Groups which formed the nation of Odinarod. She returned to the way of a partisan until in 226 she and prominent members of the HRC resurrected Elmo from the dead. However instead of being the leader they expected him to be he was rather normal and didn't follow Elmoism leading to Elmo ordering the execution of Svetlana due to her crimes.
