The Propietor is the sole inhabitant of the Knowledge Dimension. He is willing to grant wishes to people at a price, in which he will set a debt on the realms whom make such requests. He was once sighted by Sizzle, who used a wish from him to restore Humanity from the backrooms. Shortly afterward The Creep manifested so it is thought that he created it.
