Vesse the Pagan

Vesse the Pagan was a Uralian warlord that ruled much of the Republic of Tanume between the collapse of the Eurasian Confederacy and the creation of the Yatan Commonwealth from around 419-440 CE. The warlord died in the battle of St-George in 440 CE, leading her army to route and surrender to Yatian forces. Vesse also moved the capital of Tanume from Lindamise, ordering the creation of Vabalinn.
