Wabbolans are a sapient amphiboid metamorphic species native to the planet Wabbol located in the 'north' of the Milky Way Galaxy, where they formed a technocratic matriarchal society named Wabbol Space. They can breathe in both air and water, partly due to their homeworld being dominated by vast seas that cover 95% of its surface. They are capable of limited shapeshifting, being able to change their form, though they are unable to change their size or bodily layout to considerable degrees.
