The word "XMXMXMX" refers to an organisation loyal to the ideal of Chaos within the Corundum Galaxy. A largely mysterious group whose true practices are unknown, what is known is that the group is aiming to secure galactic hegemony for the followers of the Chaos. Presumably headquartered on the planet Acheron, the group is thought to have a large but disparate group of followers across the entire galaxy. The emanator of Chaos, Eno Xan, belonged to XMXMXMX, and the group was thought to have descended into a leadership crisis following news of their death.

Name

The true meaning of "XMXMXMX" is unknown, and this may or may not be known to the cult-like core of the group. Regardless, it can be interpreted in the abjad Luuannic language in several ways, yielding different results that have allowed people to make different interpretations about the nature of the organisation. The most common way to read "XMXMXMX" is as a single word, yielding:

• Xamixamaaxiamaxa - "that which repeats forever"

However, some have chosen to analyse "XMXMXMX" as a phrase rather than a single unit:

• Xomixa Mexmia Xi - "The end the beginning lost"; or by swapping the vowels into reverse order, Ximia Xem Xamixo - "Time, space, death".
• Axamiox eme xoimaxa - a palindromic phrase allegedly meaning "the end is never the end".
