Xining is the oldest and one of the largest cities found in the Republic of Sizhou within the Yatan Commonwealth's East Asian Cooperative. It was the first founded by Yetian Expeditionaries until it gained independance as Sizzle which can be shown by it holding the old parliament/founding building of Sizzle.
