note about sizhou, it used to be a hybrid regime before collective assimilated its govt but since collective is kinda a democracy it's a closed democracy since its government is a democratic entity though on the world stage it'd probably still be treated as a hybrid regime coonsidering no one knows zat happened except like, the few govenrment members involved with the contact mission thing that havent been assimilated | |||
