Cape Town is an abandoned settlement locates within the Cape Province of Abard on Yata, previously serving as the capital of Abard prior to being abandoned due to a major outbreak during the Plague making the city largely uninhabitable
was the former capital and oldest city in Abard. It was abandoned following a largescale Plague outbreak leading to the city being completely abandoned and closed off from the world due to the plague's lingering presence. After Cape Town was abandoned nearby rural Abardeans founded the city of New Abard, which most surviving Cape Town citizens also moved to.
