Fourth Sarpistani Civil War
In the year 209, Supreme-Leader Anahita Pianga of Sarpistan died of illness, leading to a mourning period as her contributions towards moderating Sarpistan's previous cult of personality and totalitarianism saw major success. In the past all successor leaders in Sarpistani history were decided by the eldest child of the leader becoming the next leader, though Anahita never had any children which lead to a power struggle which was 'solved' with a military coup which was incredibly unpopular due to essentially no consultation. As the 'Pianga Sphere' was rocked by the death of Anahita, the Khatian proxy governments in Saharia and Bornuvia were thrown into chaos as the Saharian White Guard, Bornuvian Free Army, and Kamerun Legionary State rose up in revolution against their governments to seize total independence from Khatian influence, drawing Khat into a conflict in the region.
