Vsevolod Sokolov (Born November 374) is a Siberian/Asian politician and former poet and futurologist whom was elected as the first premier of the Asian Soviet Socialist Union in 399.

Sokolov was born in the southern Siberian city of Ozergorod along the coast of Lake Baikal, where he lived for most of his life. During his time in Ozergorod Sokolov was primarily a freelance poet before being swayed by the ideals of the more esoteric wings of the Confederate Communist Party, in which he became a fairly well known figure. With this position of influence in local politics he managed to gain some degree of fame as an artist and futurologist and numerologist in regions of The Confederacy until eventually the Confederacy would fall apart, thus he, alongside many of his contemporaries, split off from the CCP and joined the new Revolutionary Communist Party of Siberia in the new Siberian Labour Republic, where he served as a MP until the election of Stas Tarasov, whom promoted him to the position of 'Minister of Technology and Sciences', giving him enough power to eventually succeed Stas Tarasov as the second premier of the Siberian Labour Republic during the Siberian Revolts, which he managed to end. Promising a world perfected through the harnessing of new technologies and the democratization of knowledge, he managed to pass a law granting him additional powers that he would use to reorganize Siberia into the Asian Soviet Socialist Union, a pan-national megaproject that he deemed would be his next work.
