Lutario is a city located in the southeastern Xiangmeng Province of Baitang (a member-republic of the Plurinational Union of Theia) situated near the Yanz River. Lutario was initially established as the capital of Asleepia before later on assuming control over the nation's government, eventually joining Lutaria until it was conquered and integrated by Baitang. Lutario is largely rural, with most of its area consisting of largescale farms surrounding the few sub-urban concentrations in the area.
