CIS has Contracted almost exclusively from Sinoviet Industries, and Aeternus for their shipbuilding needs.

Gorgon Class Battleship

The Gorgon class is the only proper battleship operated by the CIS. The first of her class, PFNS Gorgon of the Polskan Navy launched in the year 251, during Polsks remilitarization program. Not many gorgons are in operation, as they are very expensive and less practical then the CIS' standard battlecruisers. They will still be deployed in the need for sheer firepower in fleet engagements.

Behemoth Class Battlecruiser

The Behemoth Class is the CIS' well rounded, all purpose ship of the line. Having seen service since the early 200's, the Behemoth is one of the oldest spacecraft designs still being used. They can fill a variety of roles, namely fire support, carrier operations, planetary operations, and ship to ship combat. The Behemoth continues to see upgrades to prolong its service to the CIS, with the latest advancement being the Behemoth V class, equipped with a Voidspace Drive. Behemoth classes are also built to be very self sufficient, being able to go years, even decades without stopping to resupply.

Fortitude Class Light Cruiser

The Fortitude Class Light Cruiser, is a small cruiser designed to fill a variety of roles withing the CIS fleet. The Fortitude Class mainly fills an escort role, escorting larger ships. They are equipped with advanced sensor suites, being able to detect cloaked ships, carry out electronic warfare, etc. The Fortitude class does not carry a Yamato Cannon like many CIS Ships do, instead it carries 4 light MAC (Magnetic Accelerator Cannon), which can fire armor pierced sabots in rapid succession. The Fortitude class also carries a variety of missiles. They normally operate in fleets, but can be found patrolling the vast swaths of empty space controlled by the CIS or Yatan-Theian Accord.

Minotaur Class Heavy Cruiser

The Minotaur Class is one of the most numerous ships in the CIS navy. The Minotaur serves a similar role to the Behemoth Class, however it is much smaller, being only 1/5th the length of the Behemoth. This allows the Minotaur to respond very quickly to a variety of situations, often being used in counter attacks or ambushes. The Minotaur is very fast and agile, however it is lightly armored. Because of its size, they find themselves operating among fleets as they are not as self sufficient as its larger counterpart. Minotaur classes are often led by a behemoth class, or supplemented by an Auxiliary Ship during fleet operations.

Halberd Class Destroyer

The Halberd class is a specialized attacker ship. They can serve as escorts, or surgical strike craft. Halberds are lightly armored, and carry out a similar function to the Fortitude class. Halberds are part of the 'Agile Program' which is a new line of ships from Sinoviet Industries, which focus on much smaller but still capable vessels. This new line is based on updating older designs to modern specifications. These smaller ships are faster, capable, and are built to counter smaller capital ships that can out-maneuver the CIS' larger vessels.

Yetia Class Heavy Frigate

The Yetia class is a Multi Role Attack/Escort ship. The Yetia class is part of Sinoviets Agile Program, and is part of the same line as the Halberd Class. The Yetia class is a versatile ship, able to carry out a multitude of functions. The Yetia class is heavily armed, but can be easily configured for different missions to fill different roles. The Yetia class is not limited to military roles, as the Yetia Civilian/Police Model is a lesser armed version intended for Police use. This variant most commonly sees service in the ISSP, the primary police force of the CIS.

Charon Class Light Frigate

The Charon Class is a light, well rounded frigate that is capable of ship to ship combat, escort roles, and troop deployment. The Charon class is part of Sinoviets Agile Program. The Charon is very similar in design to the Yetia Class, having a very similar side profile and basic layout. The Charon Class is moderately armed, however, it is equipped with more air facilities and troop deployment facilities than the Paris class.

Halcyon Class Light Cruiser

The Halcyon is a tough, bulky cruiser with a heavy armament, designed for ship to ship combat, as well as landing operations. The Halcyon is an aging design, being over a century old. Many halcyon classes have received many refits into the "Autumn" class heavy Cruiser. The refit adds heavier weapons, a tipple barrel heavy Yamato MAC Cannon

Olympus Class Heavy Cruiser

The Successor to the Halcyon class, the Olympus class is much faster, carries a more potent armament, and is able to sustain more damage than the Halcyon. The Olympus class carries a large fighter compliment. The Olympus class carries a large armament, and can take on ships many times its size.

Hornet Class Super Carrier

The backbone of the CIS carrier fleet, the Hornet class. being able to carry many fighter squadrons, she is also able to carry eight frigates in its massive hangar bays. The Hornet class was initially an ALM and Sinoviet collaboration before ALM's merger with Sinoviet. The Hornet class is primarily used for planetary operations, rather than fleet engagements, because of its ability to carry large amount of troops, and deploy them quickly with the eight frigates she carries in its hangar. However, the Hornet can still excel in ship to ship combat with her massive fleet of tactical fighters.
