Luis El Fiesta (April 2nd, Year 77 - November 21st, Year ) was a politician, who served as the fifth president of Sipedro. He lead the nation from 110 to 144. Luis was a troublemaker who often caused wars with the country of Nopedro. He was not the best leader, he wasn't even meant to lead the nation in the first place, as he had rigged the votes during the Sipedro Elections.

One of the most atrocious things Luis ever did during his time in office was making owning a sponge while holding 53 eggs and cosplaying as a goblin on Tuesdays illegal. 11 Thousand people were arrested because of the new law.

After losing a war against Nopedro in 144, Luis was forced to resign, and quit being a politician. Luis moved to Lustland, where he lived till his death on November 21st, Year 153. He died due to a drug overdose.
