Heraclio El Fiesta (Year 52 - Year 90) was a political leader and spokesperson who held the position of the third president of Sipedro, and ruled the nation from 83 to 87. After Heraclio was elected, he began to fix all the previous mistakes the last president had made.

During the Harsens Disease Outbreak, Heraclio was infected and became a zombie. Since the president of Sipedro was now a unable to lead, elections were held and his older half-brother, Koel, became the new leader. Heraclio was cursed from the disease after Koel hugged him, but unfortunately Heraclio was put into a coma, which he died during in the year 90
