Koel El Fiesta-Von Karmen (December 29th, Year 42 - July 3rd, Year 125) was a Sipedroean historian, statesman and politician, who served as the fourth president of Sipedro. He ruled the country from 87 till 103. During his time in office, the country of Sipedro and Lustland united, creating the country of Silust. Koel and his wife, Kelli Velvet lead the newly-created country together, until Koel was shot by his half-brother, Henry El Fiesta, during a public announcement.
After he got shot, Koel passed out, and while unconscious, his body was thrown into a river by Henry. Fortunately, Koel lived through the whole ordeal, since none of his vital organs had been hit by the bullet. While he was recovering from what had happened, Henry was elected as the second president of Silust, and a few months later declared the First Sipedroean Empire.
Koel was angered by what Henry had done, so he began devising a plan to dethrone Henry and abolish the Sipedroean Empire. During the year 105, the New Sipedroean Republic was declared by Koel. With the help of the Sipedroean citizens, Koel was able to defeat Henry and the Empire.
After the war, Koel was elected as the president of Sipedro again, but he ruled the nation for only 5 years, till stepping down. Koel quit being a politician as well, and instead became a full-time historian and caretaker of his niece. Koel died in the year 125 from old age.
