The All-Theian Congress is an international political alliance and advocacy organization based around working towards the interests of the Theian Native community. The ATC supports the return of full sovereignty to all Theian Natives, the re-instatement of the Elemental Nations, the resurgence of Theian Native Faith and the advancement of already sovereign Native states.
