Cape Town is an abandoned settlement locates within the Cape Province of Abard on Yata, previously serving as the capital of Abard prior to being abandoned due to a major outbreak during the Plague causing significant casualties to the city's population, while the survivors migrated to the recently established New Abard City located to the northeast of former Cape Town.
