Jiang Hua, often referred to by her psuedonym "Green", is a Sizhese woman known to historically have been affiliated with Petoria, though later on occasional sources point towards her being a member of the SDS Foundation's Overseer Council despite having lived much longer than one would expect from someone born in the first century presumably thanks to life-extending technologies from the SDS. Most outside sources regard her as largely morally inconsistent, representing both an appeal to reason and a manipulative tactician when it comes to decisions within the Council.
