Heydar Pianga was a political leader and the second dictator of Hongerswak, ruling the country from 99 till 141. Heydar was very eccentric, doing many crazy things during his time. He once declared war on Uganda, because the Ugandan Knuckles had taken Hongerswak from him, and after being captured by the Ugandan Knuckles Queen, he thought she was hot and tried asking her out. The queen got weirded out, and decided to just give Hongerswak back to Heydar, in hopes that he'd leave her alone.
In 102, the Petoria began reviving random dead people. Heydar asked Peter Griffin to revive his mom, Kamina Pianga. But little did Heydar know that since he asked Peter Griffin to revive her, the country of Hongerswak was now Petoria's puppet. Heydar got angry at Peter, saying that wasn't apart of the deal. To not become Petoria's puppet, Heydar pushed his mother into a volcano. (He also pushed her in because she wanted him to give back Hongerswak to her.)
Heydar once killed three Hongerswakan elites, after finding out they entered Eteria for a whole 10 minutes. Afterwards, he blamed Eteria for killing them. Also during this time, a strange creature was found in Hongerswak. Heydar decided to name them the ravagers, and used them in wars from time to time.
in 111, Heydar got married to the first Lustlandian leader, Kelli Velvet. Though, their relationship only lasted for a few days, after Heydar found out that Kelli Velvet was cheating on him. Heydar decided to brutally execute Kelli for doing this. He first stripped Kelli naked, threw big rocks at her, then cut off her arms and tied her to a tree, and burnt her alive. Then her body was thrown into a volcano.
Later on in life, Heydar got married to a Yamalian girl who he met in Luxuria. The two had a child, who was named Elena Pianga. But sadly a few years later she died in a war Hongerswak was in. Heydar began to mourn her death... By marrying another woman, this time from Hongerswak. Heydar had another child, who he named Moseka Pianga.
One of the most normal things Heydar did was found the NAFP (National African Fun Party), which was a Hongerswakan Space Program. Heydar held a speech about the NAFP, stating: "It's time for us Hongerswakans and Africans 2 go 2 space We have been underestimated by the greedy Europeans and Drug addicts long enough. SO YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA SPACE BB".
Unfortunately, in the year 141 on January 14th, Heydar died from Kuru due to all the cannibalism he had been committing over the past decade.
