Hycenon is a planet within Hycenian Space, a dependent territory of the Empyrium. It was inadvertently discovered by Camellia in 408 CE when she passed through the portal clock and, along with Doria and Yushax, was one of the three portal clock planets to have never been visited by those who were researching it.
It is an Imperial system under direct control of the Authority, and is the first to be organised as such since Orkus. Situated in Unknown Space, it is a burgeoning colony world that is the centre of operations for the Oblivion Weaver, which draws power from stars within a restricted zone centered on the system.
