Karl Ludwig D'Elsa was the dictator of the Yetian State after its military coup in 179, before which he was a high-ranking military official native to the city of Niederbach. Following gaining power he lead a very expansionist foreign policy leading to Yetia's rapid expansion into its neighbouring countries until eventually being assassinated by assailants from the lands he conquered.
