Limoans are the oldest and one of the most abundant species within the Taros Cluster. They are made out of slime, and are generally blob shaped.

Every single species in the Taros Cluster was once a Limoan, as the Limoans were created specifically by the Deities so that the Taros Cluster may evolve life at an accelerated rate. The Limoans quite literally are the primordial ooze of the taros cluster, once resembling mere inanimate sludge but slowly coming to life, changing and adapting to their surroundings by evolving rapidly. They spread across the entire cluster, changing to look more like the areas they resided in.

While many Limoans remained as they were, absorbing smaller organic matter or feeding off of moisture, many of them did in fact evolve. They changed rapidly, evolving to fit all kinds of niches within the Taros Cluster. Their evolved forms even sometimes managed to become christened as protectors of the Taros Cluster.

The adaptability of Limoans is by far the most extreme in any known species, even if they do not change in order to adapt. They have managed to actively survive in all kinds of climates and conditions.

Great Limoans

Some areas even managed to facilitate the creation of massive limoans, tens of times larger than their average size. These "Great Limoans" were a scourge on all who attempted to face them. All except for one..

One of the earliest Tarosian Kingdoms in the cluster managed to capture a few Great Limoans. The tyrant king of this fiefdom after alot of testing managed to control the Great Limoans, by making his strongest warriors puppeteer them. These new merged Limoan-Tarosian warriors were deadly, allowing this kingdom to gain great victories. The warriors were now permanently trapped inside though, where over the years the Great Limoans dissolved and consumed their minds. As this happened, the great kingdom lost its army and it fell as many others did.

The Great Limoans still survived this, moving across the lands forevermore.
