Yper Kelly was a Luxurian lawyer, who declared war on Lineland, in order to get back Melbourne and Tasmania.
In the year 106, a case about the Luxuria-Argentina Bridge Project was held in a Court House located in Alice Springs. Yper was hired as a defense attorney, to prove that the project was in fact a good idea. After some back and forth, the argument switched from the Luxuria-Argentina Bridge Project into taking back Melbourne from Lineland. The Luxurian prosecutor Yper was arguing with agreed with the sentiment, and the two left the Court House to take back Melbourne.
The two illegally crossed the border into Melbourne by going through a small house in the border wall. Yper and the prosecutor (Named Craig), began plotting on what to do. Craig got the bright idea of making the government invade Melbourne. Yper agreed and the two went to confront the Luxurian Royal Family. After they both arrived at the Atherton Palace, Craig and Yper broke into the palace by using a car-bomb to break the fence that was around the palace. Once inside, the two began harassing King George's multiple children, suggesting that they should invade Melbourne, but to no avail. Eventually, Yper and Craig decided to just do it themselves, and began issuing orders as Luxuria, such as declaring war on Lineland. Lineland became angry, and the two argued with the nation. Unfortunately, Yper and their friend Craig were unable to retrieve Melbourne (And Tasmania) from Lineland, since King George stopped the two from communicating any further with the nation. There was a struggle between the three, but eventually King George was able to get rid of them. Yper was arrested and went to prison for 20 years, where they learned origami. After being released, Yper became a professional origami master.
In the year 146, Yper unfortunately died from a paper cut.
