Yue Chen, also known by his psuedonym 'The Enlightened One' was the dictator of South Sizzle. Yue grew up in a very religious household and when they were an adult became a priest. Yue eventually read into the thoughts of L'Avenirism and agreed with it, so when the L'Avenirist uprising in Sizzle began they easily became a leading figure and lead the nation. Yue was very dictatorial and did not appreciate him not being followed, creating a cult of personality. They were eventually were executed in Xining after being captured by Sizzlean forces.
