The All-Theian Congress was an international political alliance and advocacy organization based around working towards the interests of the Theian Native community. The ATC supported the return of full sovereignty to all Theian Natives, the re-instatement of the Elemental Nations, the resurgence of Theian Native Faith[1] and the advancement of already sovereign Native states. It was dissolved once all of its members joined the Theian Federation.
