Bakhtiyar Serikova was the former dictator of Futurist Turkestan.

Bakhtiyar Serikova was born in Aralsk and lived there for most of his life until moving to New Sizzle when his nation conquered it. During his younger years he was a surrealist painter in Aralsk and eventually he bought into the Futurist Ideology that Yetia was exporting across the world. He started organising the local art wings into militia which was eventually joined by Turkestani nationalists and indepeneance movements. He led his forces in a rebellion based from Aralsk against the Sizzleans coercing Anakistan to join him. He eventually took New Sizzle and nearly Xining due to help from Sizzlean Futurist Uprisings lead by The Enlightened One. He made peace with Sizzle and settled down for a while. His rule became unpopular due to his radical beliefs which caused some rebels such as the Alash Orda to rise up. He was almost overthrown in a world war however his real downfall was the Abyysky invasion of Tritonia leading to him being executed by Abyysky
