The Great Kingdom of the United Baiame Bastions, usually known as the Karina Dynasty, is a major sovereign state located in the far-east of Theia in region of Kairelopia centred around its capital of Stalgasin, which is one of many underground "bastions" that each operate as federal subdivisions under the rule of the Karina Dynasty. The Karina Dynasty is one of the only East Baiamean nations on Theia, whom are an eusocial insectoid species not native to Theia that arrived at some point prior to the Theian Cataclysm, allowing the Karina Dynasty to have a disproportionately large population of nearly 500 Million compared to its fairly average size. This large population has allowed them to arguably become the most industrialized state within the entirety of Theia, being notable for their electronic and armament exports to other states, especially the Theian Defence Pact of which they are a key member.
Government
The Karina Dynasty is a Federal Absolute Monarchy under the rule of Karina VI of the Stalgasin Bastion, which was responsible for unifying all East Baiamean Bastions (Whom operate as autonomous polities) in the region apart from The Deadlands.
History
The Karina Dynasty was established after a large hurricane occurred in the Western Kairen Ocean causing one of the largest dust storms in Deshret history causing massive destruction to surviving East-Baiamean populations which resided in underground fortresses to survive Theia's time being a rogue planet. After the storms passed the Stalgasin Bastion sent out diplomats to all of the surviving East-Baiamean Bastions to form a union to protect themselves from such disastersin the future. This was successful as the queen of the Stalgasin Bastion named "Karina II" became the queen of the now united bastions under the Karina Dynasty.
