The Siren, also known by her name Anahita, or by her SDS classification SDS-006, is a siren that was part of a group of humans and Kaphisians that escaped Yata, proving that the planet could be recolonised.

Before Becoming "The Girl."

Anahita used to be a low-risk SDS, and was classified as a Florin. As a young siren, she was allowed to wander the facility as she was never able to leave due to the harsh nature of Alyphia's surface. She would often go to visit her best friend, SDS-018, where they would embark on adventures around Site One and interact with other SDSs. She often spent these adventures with SDS-039 and SDS-131. She was known to attempt interaction with SDS-003 before it escaped containment, and she later remarked that they did not get along too well. However, one day, a change in containment procedures meant that SDS-039 never came to SDS-018's room to hang out with their friends, and in a nervous rage, SDS-131 possessed Anahita, shapeshifting her into a small toddler called "The Girl." She gained extreme powers, and in response, she was placed in samsonium-lined containment and a siphon was constructed to stop her from escaping. Additionally, she was reclassified. SDS-131 was not reported to be seen ever again, and it was presumed the two beings were in a symbiotic relationship.

Before Aldren

While wandering the Mephisinian shipyards, she encountered Cormac Connolly and Andrei Varady, and decided to join them on their adventure to Asophania.

Continuing on the train line, Andrei and Cormac discovered the true nature behind "The Girl," being a pre-eminent being with limitless power, but was ultimately siphoned of her powers following an incident where she marched a Nihilist army over Yetia while under Nihilantis' influence. Reaching Tritoniyagrad, they found that The Citadel, the tallest building in the city, was emitting strange brown clouds that spread across the sky for hundreds of miles. Periodic earthquakes then confirmed the worst - it's core was melting down. They got off the train near the airport and made haste towards it, discovering a plane which opened up for them. The pilot was still alive, and he revealed himself to be the King of Tritonia, Aldren II Tremar. The trio then joined him on his mission to destroy the engines producing the aforementioned pink lazers, which were not communication signals as previously thought, but were the transmissions keeping Asophania locked away and inaccessible to humans. The plane took off, bound for Nuan Krovh, and after they left, in a video transmission that was one of the only ones to reach Theia, the Citadel exploded catastrophically, destroying Yomtachia as a nation.

Blue Engine

Andrei, Cormac and the Girl parachuted into Trondheim, in Nuan Krovh (nowadays Svealand,) which was deserted by the Yomtachs. They were given the task to destroy the blue engine, a tower stretching over a kilometre tall, but also leaning at a 20 degree angle over the bay. While heading towards the tower, they encountered Lapis Lazuli, a Kaphisian separated from her comrades after their ship crashed.
